This place is always great. Food, drinks, service. All of it. Always on point. Never had a bad time. Never had a bad meal. Drinks are fun. Wait staff are tentative. Food is amazing. If I had one "suggest box" worthy thing to say, it would be to offer another steak option beside the big guy. While I do love a good 22oz steak every now and again, sometimes a simple filet would do. Last time I was there I said it 3 times because I wanted steak but couldn't do the big rib eye. Nevertheless, I ordered a special and it was off the charts so I definitely didn't miss the steak :) Look forward to our next date night there.

Outstanding Birthday Dinner!! Service and ambiance were perfect!! Trina could not have done a better job attending to our every need AND making pinpoint recommendations on items from the menu! Everything was delicious! We had Grilled Octopus and Eggplant Frittata for apps followed by Cavatelli & Clams, Branzino and Grilled Salmon for our entrees!! The highlight was their Birthday Candle PyroTechnic!!! So funny to see my wife's reaction to the 4 foot shooting fireworks coming out of it!! Thank you La Mondina!! We will be back!!! Nice job on all!

If you point at the menu blind and order, you'll have a delicious meal in front of you. This is a MUST visit at the shore! All of the staff are kind and genuine. The decor is perfect for their vibe. We have only had phenomenal experiences here!! Some of my favorites... APPS: Calamari, Baby Artichokes. DINNER: Sunday Gravy, Bolognese (regular & vegan), Cavatelli & Clams, Herb Roasted Half Chicken. DESSERT: Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Bombolini.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally went. Big building with a bunch of parking. Surprisingly went early and there were almost no spots but found one. The restaurant itself was beautiful. We were seated earlier than our reservation which was nice. Was intrigued by the cocktail special. Ordered a bottle of wine, but was told they were out of our first choice. We got the focaccia to start which was pretty good. The sauce was sweet, not what we expected. The ricotta was great though. We got the vodka pasta and bolognese which were excellent. It seemed like the food was getting better as we dined, but couldn't help but feel like we were being rushed. Not sure if there is a time limit per table but really felt like they were clearly moving us along. Overall the food was good, just wish we felt welcomed to stay longer.

Sammi Sweetheart was engaged here. Teresa has screamed at many people here. This establishment is a New Jersey icon. The food is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation.

All you could ask for in fine Italian dining! Incredible food and portions, impeccable, service, and the most wonderful ambience! Book your reservation! I'm not sure if Italian dining can get better than this. Just simply loved everything. The entire night was such a joy! And starting off with the complementary bread, which was cooked to perfection. We ate so many wonderful things here. I don't remember them all but I'll name a few things. Their salmon dinner was absolutely amazing. And usually when you order salmon out it's pretty good but never spectacular. Here it was the best salmon I have ordered to date in my entire life! it came over beans and spinach and an incredible broth that was poured over the salmon. Never had better! The pork chop here is incredible! Also, the past here are to die for. The possible vodka sauce was perfect. But the pasta, Bolognese was something to write home about! I highly recommend ordering that for the table as an appetizer, everyone will be amazed! Not to be overlooked is the wonderful interior and ambience they create here. As well as the top-notch service. Both were very much appreciated. For dessert, we got donuts with dipping sauces, absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place for that superb Italian dinner!

I've discovered my new favorite restaurant. Everything from the building itself, the atmosphere, the food, the service, was outstanding. Eggplant fritta was incredible all of the dishes were memorable. The cocktails were magnificent. I cannot wait to go back - I'm totally going back
